The structure of the company has been designed to serve our clients through a simple 2 levels-interdisciplinary network. - The first level has small work groups called Customer Service Cells.
- In the second level we have joined a staff of highly qualified specialists, that advises and offers support to the first level.
Problems of high complexity are addressed thru the relationship of the diferent levels that give origin to specific functions, establishing synapse - meeting points to generate a decisive network of knowledge.
Additionally, there are cell coordinators and one Integrator. The Integrator advises and facilitates the connection between the work parties, connecting the administrative support personnel with the consulting staff. 
The first level
The first level, through its cells of attention to the client, is the front end of the EM services. Each one of these teams or cells usually has a professional in economy, a professional in business administration and a professional in law. Each team is led by a coordinator, who is in charge of motivate the cell for the fulfillment of its goals. Also, the coordinador synchronizes the joint work with other cells and the direct communication with each client.
The second level
Should the case is escalated to the second level if the joint participation of the cells and the staff of specialists is necessary. Even though the cells are highly decisive organisms, some answers require a greater level of specialization. This staff of expert forms a true network of knowledge that is constituted by personnel with formation and experience in areas as diverse as intellectual property and the commercial right, Customer Relationship Management, Stock Market and new technologies adoption.
EM motivates the cell personnel to constantly review and analize cases of study, books, specialized magazines, Internet, and the combined experience of other cells and experts, because as more one knows and lives, the more effective intuition and creativity are.
The systematic practice of documenting the ideas generated in our network of knowledge as cases of study, constitutes the base of our work. The ideas applied today are the experience to work tomorrow. It happens all the times: great ideas come to people’s minds but as soon they vanish it is like those never existed.
